Argon is a chemical element extremely stable, odorless and tasteless in its liquid and gas form, then it’s completely no toxic and not flammable.
The Argon gas is frequently used in substitution of nitrogen and CO2 to protect the wine with a superior quality and it’s the gas that better preserves any characteristic.
Finally , compared to CO2, it doesn’t provoke any wine gasification and, very important,  it is well accepted even in the enology field.
